The Weld Controller offers the reliability that results from its simple design. The Weld Controller is a compact, robust unit providing basic control for resistance welding. The LCD display provides a summary of the weld schedule at a glance. It also provides the user interface programming purposes. Programming is quick and simple, as is operation of the control. Installation is also easy.

• Can be mounted in either Portrait or Landscape orientation.
• Up to 16 Welding Transformers (Simultaneous or Cascade) on a single phase.
• Constant Current feedback (Option)
• Frequency auto detected as 60Hz/50Hz
• Total of 15 programmable Any Function Inputs/Outputs (AFIO) that operate with 24 VDC levels.
• Total of 2 programmable Dry Contact Outputs (DCO) for connecting devices up to 120 V @ 1 Amp .
